I've made this pizza twice already since the magazine arrived -- I like it that much. I've made a few changes/distinctions. First, I used whole wheat pita bread from the Lebanese market in the village square. Second, I've added the following:
- one sliced shallot
- one or two olive-oil soaked garlic cloves, cut into a few chunks
- sliced zucchini
- sliced red bell pepper
