Greens, Greens and More Greens

It's already Wednesday, so I have to start getting serious about eating up the tons of greens I got from the CSA. I think some or all of the kale in the next shipment is going in the freezer for later use.

The first pic is tonight's dinner (from left): seared kale with pecans and raisins, a mixed greens-mesculun salad with shredded chiogga beets, stir-fried chard, zucchini and shitakes with tofu, and quinoa.

The second pic is a close-up on the seared kale.
